In addition to her devotion to her students, Ms. K's devotion to her colleagues is one of the things I will miss the most in the math office. Her warmth and good cheer was one of the things that made our department so special. May her memory be a blessing to us all.

I am really going to miss Ms. K. I will miss our time together in the Math office early in the morning before school. We always had a chat while having a cup of tea. She was a very pleasant person and took the time to say hello when I saw her around campus. I also will miss discussing Algebra and Geometry with her, and she was always willing to help me and share her years of experience teaching and studying Mathematics. She never complained about being sick and instead spent her energy on teaching and helping students. My condolences to her sister Janet and the family. My thoughts are with you today.
Dear Ms. K, we will miss you so much. Ms. K. was such a great teacher who always had a smile on her face. She always had great humor and we all loved it. She inspired me to explore things beyond the class and I was lucky to have her for one semester and she was amazing. My deepest condolences to Ms. K’s family and friends.
Wow. I'm gonna miss Ms. K. We've been working together for at least 10yrs now and things will not be the same around without her. I'll miss being her next room neighbor and the occasional chats we have outside the math dept. It was so nice of her to help sign me up for one of her classes at city college while I was on my sabbatical. Also, her tradition of putting a chocolate bar on everyone's desk in the office every Christmas. She had so much compassion in her. Rest in peace Ms. K. Until we meet again.
My condolences to Lyudmilla's family for your loss. You are in my prayers. I admired Lydmilla's dedication to teaching and the graceful way she handled being ill. Our department will not be the same without her.

We will miss having Lyudmilla in the math office. Her space will always remind me of the strength and courage she brought with her as she struggled with stage 4 cancer and teaching full time at Lowell as well as evening classes at City College. She will be missed by her colleagues.

Lyudmila Karapetyan was such a fun colleague whom I'll miss very much. For several years my desk was next to hers in the math office and I loved laughing with her.. I loved her scarves and jewelry! I loved eating our lunches together -- I was always trying to get her 'recipes' for her salads. And when I got too busy to make biscotti and cookies for the department, she'd keep complimenting me until I brought some in for her. She was concerned for and interested in everyone around her and incredibly supportive. I think she really loved teaching and working harder than most everyone I know. I'll miss her stories and her interesting world views. My condolences to her family.
