We celebrate the life of Luis Vazquez, a devoted husband, a loving father, brother, uncle, grandfather and a loyal friend.
Luis Vazquez passed away peacefully on Saturday January 15, 2022. He leaves behind his wife Guadalupe Vazquez and five children, Patricia, Silvia, Jesus, Elisabet, and Gabriela. He was a loving grandfather to 13 wonderful grandchildren that will miss him dearly.
Luis Vazquez was born on February 7, 1954 in Aguililla Michoacon, MX. He was the third of nine children born to Elias Vazquez and Carmen Zavala. He migrated to the United States and was a resident of San Mateo County for 49 years. Luis retired in May 2020 after working 49 hard years to provide for his family. When he wasn't working, he can be found doing different types of projects in his house-- whether it be planting his famous tomato, cilantro, chilies, and flowers or doing his own house projects. Luis also enjoyed helping his children with their home projects. He was a generous friend and neighbor, always willing to lend a helping hand.
