It is with great sadness that we announce the passing of Liping Xiao on December 17, 2023. Arrangements have been entrusted to the care of Skylawn Funeral Home & Memorial Park, Hwy 92 at Skyline Blvd., San Mateo, CA 94402. Visitation will be held on Friday January 5, 2024 from 09:00-11:00. Graveside service at 11:00.
