Lilly Wai B. September 30, 1939 D. March 12, 2017. She passed away peacefully on a beautiful Sunday Morning at her home of over 34 years. Born in Hong Kong Lilly came to the United States 1959 and resided in Oakland CA eventually moving to Fremont CA in 1980.She is survived by her husband Jam K (Jimmy) Wai, Sons Steven and Thomas Shum, and Daughters Edna Shum Ma and GiGi Wai-Chew. She leaves behind 8 grandchildren, Anthony, Jerrick, Charnet, Sophia, Presley, Simon, Kiana and Trevor and two great grandchildren. She was a devote Buddhist and active member of the Ruggieri Senior Center Center in Union City.
