I used to work with Bert in my position as a legal secretary in Chubb's legal department. I always treasured my visits to the Claims Department as Bert was always cheerful and had a story to tell. I just saw his obituary for the first time, so I offer my condolences. He is an angel in Heaven now, watching over you.
