Kenneth Frank McQueen's Obituary
Kenneth Frank McQueen, 64 of Hayward passed away on Thursday April 19, 2018 at Stanford University Hospital in Palo Alto, Ca.Ken was born in San Francisco on March 12, 1954. One of five children of the late Frank and Vera McQueen of South San Francisco. Ken graduated from South San Francisco High School and later College of San Mateo. He learned to repair radios, TVs and electronic equipment from his father. He had a career with several high end home theater companies in the Bay Area, lastly working for Future Sound Audio/Video Design Group in SSF. His work was his hobby. He was very much like his father who believed that if you were not always dong something constructive you were wasting you time.He was married to Patricia Mc Queen on August 6, 2011 at home in Hayward, CA. He is survived by brother, David McQueen (Edna) of Livermore; sister, Diane Roberts (Paul) of South San Francisco; sister, Susan Bell (Stephen) of San Mateo and sister Patricia Baker (Robert) of Lockport, New York. Ken was a stepfather of Claudia, Laura and Nicholas.Ken enjoyed spending time with his family and traveling, but particularly making himself available to help members of his family when something needed to be done and he had the skills to accomplish the task.He will be sorely missed.
