Ken Chi Zhang's Obituary
Ken Chi Zhang (张琪), aged 56, of Millbrae passed away at Mills-Peninsula Medical Center in the morning of Friday, February 9, 2018.He was born on March 12, 1961 in Guangzhou, China. He attended Guangdong TVB University and graduated with a Bachelor’s degree in Electronics. On May 6, 1989, he was married to Christine Zhang.Ken worked as a software engineer at Sony, Canon, and Adobe. Eventually, he transitioned to being a stay-at-home dad and homemaker, particularly endeavoring to cook delicious meals for his family. Some favorites include stir-fried crab and slow-cooked baby back ribs. Iron Chef America and Bizarre Foods are just two of the many food and travel shows he enjoyed watching with his family. Even with the budding love for culinary arts, he still held onto his base in electronics, keeping up with the latest trends in mobile, auto, and other technologies. He is survived by his wife, Christine, and two children, Sally and Vincent.The celebration of his life will be held on February 27, 2018 @ 9:30am at Skylawn Funeral Home and Memorial Park.
