Ken Van Ton's Obituary
In Remembrance of Ken Van Ton (孫祥敬)Ken passed away peacefully on April 11, 2017 after a long and hard fought battle with cancer. He was born on November 24, 1940 in Can Tho, Vietnam to Ton Toan (father) and Huynh Thi No (mother). He was also the eldest brother to four brothers and two sisters. He Is survived by his wife, Diana, and four children, William, Spencer, Lan, and Hong. In 1980, Ken resettled in the United States as a refugee after the Vietnam War. Shortly after he met his wife Diana and have been happily married since 1984. Ken was a brilliant and fierce entrepreneur who had a knack for assessing opportunity and embracing risk. He fought for the American Dream, leading to a steadfast foundation for his family and friends. He was passionate about fitness and loved to travel. Above all, he was a beloved son, husband, father, and friend who lived life with gusto, grit, compassion, and generosity to all. While his kindness, humor, and presence will be missed, his spirit and legacy lives on.
