Kazuo Yanase's Obituary
Kazuo Yanase, 85, of Los Gatos, Los Altos Hills and, most recently, San Mateo, died peacefully on March 5th, 2014. Kazuo was born in San Francisco, CA. Following his internment at Tule Lake, he graduated from Lowell High School and received a BS in Chemistry from the University of California, Berkeley. He was married to his high school sweetheart, Ayako Miyazaki until her passing on March 4, 2002. Kazuo is survived by two daughters, Melanie Yee and Lisa Yanase; Son-in-Laws, Andrew Yee and Richard Rushlow Jr.; Grandaughters, Anjyu Yee and Maya Rushlow. A viewing will be held at 1 p.m. Saturday, March 15th at Skylawn Funeral Home in San Mateo. Funeral services to follow immediately after the Viewing at 2 p.m.
