Judy Ann Jasso's Obituary
Judy was born on February 26,1945 to Esther and Richard Weeks of Fort Wayne, Indiana. She was the first of their three daughters.
She attended grammar school, junior high school and high school in Fort Wayne. Judy graduated from North Side High School.
After graduation Judy left her home in Indiana and moved to Oakland, California. She got a job at Metropolitan Life Insurance Company in San Francisco. It was their Pacific Coast headquarters. During her years of employment at Met Life, she held various positions. She also made many friends. Some of them life long friends. Over 50 plus years. They are still friends to this day.
When Metropolitan downsized their Pacific Coast headquarters and moved from San Francisco across the bay to San Ramon, California Judy did not transfer with them. instead, she worked in downtown San Francisco at other companies. She retired as a claim's adjustor from Zenith Administrators. Judy being a very friendly, likeable person also made many new friends at these other companies.
Judy is survived by her beloved husband Daniel J Perry of San Francisco, CA. Daughter Shawnie Lynn Benedetti of San Francisco, CA Son Alberto Jasso Jr. and his wife Araceli of Tempe, AZ Sister Sherri and her husband Dan Spieth of Fort Wayne, IN.
She leaves behind a grandson, Tino Morales and his fiancé, Jessie Lenwai of Petaluma, CA; granddaughter, Cecilia Benedetti of East Palo Alto, CA, and a grandson, Evander Jasso of Tempe, AZ.
Judy had three great grandchildren, Giovanni Trapani of East Palo Alto, CA, Stella and Valentino Jr. Morales of Petaluma, CA.
There are many cousins, nieces and nephews in different states that will miss Judy's friendly smile and personality.
Judy was pre-deceased by her loving mother and father. Also, by her beloved sister Karen Heck. All of them in Fort Wayne.
All those that knew Judy, know how much of a "people person" she was. She loved to attend parties, showers, weddings, birthday celebrations and holidays with family and friends. Shopping was a passion of Judy's. She never passed up a good shopping opportunity with her girlfriends. Watching TV and traveling were also things that Judy enjoyed doing.
Rest in peace dear family member and friend. You were so very much loved and will be missed by all whose life you touched.
