Joseph Tin Sang Wong's Obituary
Joseph Wong, born June 29, 1929 to Walter and Lindsey Wong, lived 85 wonderful, happy, loving years. He is preceded by his wife, Vivian Wong (1967), son Daniel Wong (2014), and Daniel’s mother, Nellie Rose Wong (2014). He is survived by his children: Benjamin Wong and Belinda Eugster. He leaves behind six wonderful grandchildren named Fallon Wong, Rachael Wong, Jessica Eugster, Jacqueline Eugster, Matthew Wong, Hannah Eugster, and great-grandson Antonio Gomez, along with his sisters Mary Ho and Grace Ho, and special friend and companion Shirley Chan Wong.Joseph worked in the real estate field most of his life. He sold recreational and residential property and owned Trans-Asia Investments, a mortgage brokerage in Newark, California.Some of his hobbies included leading bible study, especially on the topic of prophecy, mission work in foreign countries and playing classical music on the piano.Joseph was an active member in many churches both Chinese and American. He especially enjoyed singing with the Chinese Christian Church Music Institute of Worship.Joseph passed away on April 24, 2014 in Fremont, California from heart failure.Services will be held in his honor at Skylawn Funeral Home and Memorial Park in San Mateo, California on May 17, 2014 at 11AM.Memorial donations will be greatly appreciated at:Christian Church Music Institute of Worship (CCMIW) c/o Benjamin Wong 7011 Koll Center Pkwy, Suite 260 Pleasanton, CA 94566
