On Sunday April 14, 2019, John Yin, loving husband and father of two daughters, passed in peace at the age of 77, surrounded by family, blessings and love.John was born on May 2nd, 1941 in Shenyan, Liaoning. He received his Electrical Engineer Degree from Shenyang University of Technology in 1965. He relocated to Beijing the same year and started his career as an Electrical Engineer specializing in Industrial Automation Control. John later immigrated to the United States and continued his career in numerous high tech companies until his retirement.On October 6, 1967, he married Jinglan Wang. John enjoyed photography, sports, drawing, music, and travel. He was known for his quick wit, his infectious smile, and his humour and compassionate spirit.John was survived by his wife Jinglan, his two daughters, Hong and Hui, his two granddaughters, Jacqueline and Cynthia.A Memorial Service will be held on Wednesday, April 24, 2019 at 11AM in the Crystal Springs Chapel at Skylawn Memorial Park.
