John F. Ford's Obituary
John was born and raised in San Francisco and a graduate of Woodrow Wilson High School. He worked for Pacific Bell/AT&T for over 30 years in the Central Valley before retiring in 2011. John was a motorcycle enthusiast and competed in dirt bike races for over 30 years. Loved by many he will be remembered for his great sense of humor and love for motorcycle racing. He was predeceased by his father, George Ford, mother, Kathleen Ford, and brother, Peter Ford, all of San Francisco. He is survived by his children: Kathleen Ford of Merced, Erik Ford of Las Vegas, and Shannon Ford of Colorado Springs.A memorial service for John will be held on Saturday, May 24th at 3pm at Skylawn Funeral Home and Memorial Park on Serenity Circle, Redwood City, CA 94062.
