I met John at Dalmo Victor in 1963, where he was the head of the Microwave Engineering Dept. Not having much faith in my shorthand at the time, his secretary scared me even further by telling me that he could read my notes while I was writing them! I always enjoyed knowing John –there were some very hectic days there, but he managed to keep his cool and he was deeply respected by all. Also, remember that he and Cleone were the creators of fine food extraordinaire! Memories of John will evoke good feelings always. Bless you, Cleone, and Ed and Bobbie (my husband Bill knew you at Hills Bros. Coffee all those years ago), and all the loving family. This is a tremendous loss for you, and I send my prayers to you now and in the days ahead for peace and comfort.
