It is with great sadness that we announce the passing of Jocelyne Rachael Naicker, 59, on November 22, 2021, in Oakland, California. Friends and Family are invited to the Celebration of Life on Thursday, December 9, 2021 at 11:00 am at Skylawn Funeral Home and Memorial Park, San Mateo, CA. Interment will follow the services at Skylawn Memorial Park.
