Born on April 12th, 1954, in Santa Monica, California, Jenny's vibrant spirit brought joy and warmth to her family and friends. Her journey was filled with love and kindness, leaving lasting memories with those she held dear. Jenny is survived by her devoted spouse, Ed Tai, and her beloved children, Misty Gapasin and Jason Gapasin. Their shared moments are treasures that will forever illuminate their lives. Jenny's adventurous spirit and generous heart were the hallmarks of her character. Her kindness knew no bounds, and her loving nature was a beacon of light to everyone around her. She peacefully passed away on December 9th, 2024, in Plano, Texas. While she may no longer be with us, her spirit lives on in the joyful memories and the love she bestowed upon her family and friends. As we remember Jenny, let us celebrate her beautiful journey, cherishing the love, kindness, and joy she shared with us all.
