Jennifer Lo's Obituary
On August 11, 2022, Jennifer Chang Lo passed away at the age of 76 after a battle with cancer. She is survived by her husband Ray, children Janie and David, and grandchildren Sabrina, Alex, Phoenix, Lauren, and Katarina. She is also survived by her five younger siblings: John, Kathy, James, Carol, and Joey.
Jennifer was born on June 13, 1946 in Chongqing, China and moved to Taipei as a young child. In 1968 she moved to Boston, where she received a degree in Math from Cardinal Cushing College in 1970. While there she met Ray Lo, who was a graduate student at the nearby Massachusetts College of Pharmacy, and they married in 1971. They eventually settled in Alameda and later San Leandro, California, where Jennifer worked as an accountant for the East Bay Municipal Utility District for nearly 28 years. She and her husband enjoyed travel, dance, and many long friendships.
Her funeral will be held on Saturday, September 10, 2022, at 11:00am PDT, at Skylawn Memorial Park. There will also be a Zoom available for those who wish to participate remotely.
