Jeanne M. Warren's Obituary
Jeanne M. Warren (nee Wuerfel), 76, died November 19, 2022 at John Muir Medical Center in Walnut Creek, CA after suffering a stroke. She was born June 17, 1946 in Tarentum, PA, a daughter of the late Walter W. and Garnet I. (Bowser) Wuerfel. She lived in Concord, CA since 1979. She worked as an office manager for many years for various companies in Concord and Pleasant Hill. Jeanne was a devoted daughter and sister, a loving wife, and a caring mother, grandmother, and great-grandmother. She sacrificed much of her own joy for the joy of her family and friends. Jeanne was a patient listener, wise confidante, and generous soul. Survivors include son Derek S. (Sabrina) Stimel of San Bruno and daughter Deneen J. (Dominick) Cook of Manteca; grandchildren Misty D. (Alex) Anaya, of Manteca, Calif., Kayley D. Cook, of Manteca, Heather D. Cook, of South San Francisco, Holly D. Cook, of Los Angeles, Theodore S. and Eloise M. Stimel, of San Bruno; great-grandchildren Angelina M., Christian A., Audryna G. & Natalia F. Anaya of Manteca. Jeanne also leaves behind a brother, Walter W. (Sue Ann) Wuerfel Jr. of Myrtle Beach, SC. Jeanne was loved and will be much missed by all that knew her. Besides her parents, Jeanne was preceded in death by her husband, Thomas M. Warren. Jeanne will be buried at Skylawn Memorial Park in San Mateo, CA in a private ceremony.
