Janet Bernice EnnisDaughter, sister, wife, mother, aunt, grandmother and friend.Worked for Junior League for Palo Alto for 25+ years and was loved by all members. She loved her job.She loved to be busy and was always up to try anything – even golf. She never said no to an opportunity for a social event.She loved to play bridge, ballroom dance, and spend time with her family and friends.Favorite family memory: passing around the box of See’s Candy. Everyone got to try their piece and if they didn’t like it they gave it to Jan and picked another. She would happily take the half-eaten pieces.Survived by her brother, Gary Schell and his wife Jan; daughter, Shelley Singleton; nephew, John Schell, his wife Pamela and son Gabriel; grandchildren Steven and Lauren Singleton.She was preceded in death by her husband, Joseph Ennis; her sisters Betty and Marguerite, and her daughter Susie Ennis.
