Jamie A. Viray's Obituary
Jamie Viray was born in San Francisco, California on June 22, 1976.Jamie graduated from James Logan High School and continued her education at San Jose State University. She also belonged to the Sigma Alpha Phi Sorority, where she made countless friends. Jamie went on to work for Webcor Builders where she stayed for 15 years before becoming ill.She enjoyed sports. Her favorite teams were The 49ers and The Golden State Warriros. She was also a huge fan of shoes… Jamie loved collecting shoes! At age 39, Jamie lost her battle due to complications after receiving a Stem Cell Transplant on September 24, 2015. She was preceded in death by her Step-father, Bob Steele. She is survived by her children, Elijah, Nia and Jared Jr, her father Renato Viray her mother Dely Steele. Her siblings; Michelle, Lisa and Reiner, nieces and nephews; Frankie, Mikaela, Vanessa, Mareena, Kristen, Siu and Reinaiza.A visitation will be held on Wednesday, September 30, 2015 from 4:00 pm to 8:00 pm.Funeral services will be held on Thursday, October 1, 2015 at 11:00 am at Skylawn Memorial Park.Reception to follow at the funeral home at 1:00 pm Vista Room.A memorial fund has been established.
