Dear Dana and family, I heard about the passing of your wonderful mother. I am thinking of you and hope you find peace. I have so many, many memories from our childhood of both of your parents, all of the laughing and fun. You are in my thoughts. Pamela Horenstein
Wonderful picture Kirt. Do you know the year this was taken, and where? My sister thought Serra Bowl? The Friar room?
My condolences to the entire family. Dana, Scott, Paula, you had a wonderful mother. I am so sorry for the loss of a great neighbor. I posted a picture so we can all remember her wonderful smile and laugh. RIP, Jackie.
Jackie’s beautiful smile is forever in my heart. She was a joy to work with, as she always had a positive attitude and acknowledged everyone with a friendly “hello” and a smile. I was lucky enough to enjoy her company outside of work a number of times. I treasure our visits; she was so easy to talk to about anything. My heart goes out to her family and those closest to her. I will miss Jackie for all the stories & laughs we used to share together working at Spinal Diagnostics Cntr. Even though I didn’t see her everyday she always came in with a happy & easy going attitude. Jackie had a great personality & wonderful spirit about her. She was a no nonsense kind of lady who was also kind, sweet, and gave me good advice when she could. I’ll always remember her for all her cute outfits ?? I used to love seeing her in those adorable (and well coordinated) track suits and sneakers she wore. I will forever be grateful to have known this amazing woman & will miss her dearly. My deepest condolences go out to Dana, Jim, & the rest of the family. May the good Lord grant you peace for your loss. God bless you Jackie wherever you are in the heavens & cosmos. Whenever I think of you I’ll smile knowing you’re up there watching us all from above. Ivy C.
Jackie an I were friends for over 50 years, we both worked at Burlingame High School. We had many good times and laughs especially when the boss wasn’t there. There were times we stopped at the donut shop just to unwind and talk of whatever was on our minds. She was truly a good person, ready to help anyone at the drop of a hat. She and I had deep conversations that were not privy to anyone else. we laughed at how we could never not be friends as we knew too much about the other. My most sincere sympathy to Dana, Scott and Paula and their families. Love you Rosemarie La Rue .
Our family will miss this wonderful lady. She was a great friend to my mother and to our family. I am just so sorry for her loss. My condolences to the family and especially her children, Dana, Scott and Paula.
Through my sister’s long-time friendship with Jackie, I’ve had a long-time association and casual friendship with her. I extend my sincere sympathy to her children and grandchildren and other family members. She was involved deeply with her family and her love for them was always foremost in her life. The world is a sadder place without her.
