Jack was born on October 17, 1918 and was a long time resident of South San Francisco. He lived to be 96 years old. He passed away on June 3, 2014. He was surrounded by loved ones from all around.Jack will be deeply missed by his family and friends.Services in Jack’s honor will be held at Skylawn Funeral Home and Memorial Park in San Mateo, CA
