I knew Ivan well and he had a lot of respect for his mom. Ivan and his sister grew up as a "Mary Jane" products, and as he told me "it was one of the best things that happened to him. He had a big heart when it came to children and he loved his grandson. Ivan left us on found expired in his home on August 8, 2023. He was divorced and left his home and wealth to his grandson. He always had a good word for people and loved to eat and laugh. I will miss him. Willene

My deepest condolences to the family. I met Ivan over 50 years ago, he was married to one of my close childhood friends, Patricia. Each encounter with Ivan was full of jokes and laughter. I don’t remember a time when he wasn’t upbeat and fun. I will miss him.
