It is with great sadness that we announce the passing of Ms. Hsiao Ying Chang, 68 years old on January 04, 2023. She was born in Taiwan on November 18, 1954 to Wei Lin Shih and Shih Hua Chen. She i s survived by her husband, Heng Wei Chang and her sons, Hanson and Jason. Arrangements have been entrusted to the care of Skylawn Funeral Home & Memorial Park, Hwy 92 at Skyline Blvd., San Mateo, CA 94402.
