Hilarion "Larry" Santiago's Obituary
On March 10, 2016 Hilarion “Larry” Santiago, age 88, of Daly City peacefully passed away at home with his loving family by his side. Larry is survived by his beautiful wife, Ofelia of 49 years. He was a great father and grandfather to his sons Arnold (wife Nancy; kids, Jonathan, Joshua, Jaden), Bernard and daughter, Cecilia (husband John Chapman; kids, John Loren, Owen, Nicholas and Celyn).Larry was a retired civil engineer who worked over 20 years for PG&E. He was hard working, lived a simple life and loved to stay busy. You could always see him outside his home, either working on his garden, climbing and trimming his trees in the backyard or cleaning his cars. He was very handy and fixed almost everything himself. For those who knew Larry well, he was a kind-hearted, generous man that would offer you help if and when it was needed. Larry lived a wonderful life. He was loved by all who knew him and will forever be missed but never forgotten. We would like to thank all of our family and friends whom have shown us an outpouring of sympathy and support! With sincere gratitude, the Santiago Family.
