Mr. Herbert Ng's Obituary
Herbert passed away peacefully with his family at his side on May 7, 2022, at the age of 86. Beloved husband of Wendy; loving father of Tammi (Alvin Lee), Ken (Brenda), and Clifford (Marisa); loving grandfather of Mandi, Alex, Tyler, Connor, and Angelina. Born in Guangzhou China, Herb came to the U.S. in 1951, studied Electrical Engineering at Fresno State University, married Wendy and subsequently settled in Pinole, CA to start their family and his 30-year career with the Federal Department of Defense, leading teams of civilian Naval engineers. Herb enjoyed spending time with his family and friends, traveling, mahjong, and the great outdoors.
Herb is remembered with great love and affection by all those who knew him.
A funeral service celebrating Herb's life will be held at Skylawn Memorial Park in San Mateo on Sunday, May 29 at 12pm, followed by his interment and a reception for family and friends.
