Grandma Angie did many big things to help is grandchildren but also did some little things to show her love for us. For example, she would heat up water in a pot on the stove to make a bit of the swimming pool just that much warmer for us. Also, whenever we would visit, there was always at least one container of ice cream bon bons in the freezer. Just small acts of caring from a grandmother who loved us grandkids. My mom was a phenomenal mother and cared for us 4 boys with tons of TLC. She suffered from Alzheimer’s for nearly a decade. She was able to be visited by all 4 sons days before she passed peacefully with my brother David and I by her side as she took her last breath. God bless us all.
