Harry Rupan, age 84, passed away on February 11, 2026, in Burlingame, California. He passed peacefully, surrounded by his close family and loved ones.
Harry lived a tenacious and generous life, always making sure those around him felt loved and appreciated. He was born in Nassau, Fiji Islands, and grew up on Cunningham Road with his family.
In 1966, he married his beloved wife, Bijma Wati Dayal, and shortly after, they migrated to the United States to build their life together. They were married for 35 years until her passing in December 2002.
Harry is survived by his son, Douglas Rupan, his daughter, Angie Glynn, and his son‑in‑law, Scott Glynn. He was deeply loved by many, including his large extended family and close family friends.
Harry will be remembered for his warmth, strength, and the love he shared so freely.
