Thank you Professor and the Lineage. I was blessed by your bright spirit the weekend after 911 and your twinkle, compassion and wisdom were a true gift. Thank you for being a light and huge part of my life. Like your student, Melani L, for whom I also have great affection, you saw grandeur in the simple, with words, a look or a comment that echos and carries much wisdom for many ages. May you continue your work and blessings continue for you and those who experienced you in this Life and Others. Thank you.##imported-begin##Jade Dressler##imported-end##

H.H. Grandmaster Lin Yun always had a twinkle in his eye, even with his “stern’ look of admonishment. He has given me tools beyond value, to turn to Buddha to answer my questions. Thank-you, Grandfather. Some of my favorite memories are from our time together during silent retreats, Listening to his poetry, enjoying his playful attempts to liberate an untouched tomato from my dinner plate….In Taipai, Professor proved to be inexhaustible…,to witness the love his fellow countrymen held for him was wonderful, people from all walks of life were given his full love and attention. Every moment with him was a learning experience for me, his equanimity, joy, and subtle super-intelligence shown through his responses.I will alsways hold precious and dear these times I’ve had with him and all my fellow disciples,My heartfelt condolences to his family, he will live in my heart forever, Mary Jacobs##imported-begin##Mary Jacobs##imported-end##
I first met His Holiness Grandmaster Professor Lin Yun in 2000 and his light and energy will be with me always. I am eternally grateful for the all the time I have had with him, to be in his presence was an experience beyond words. His sense of humor was boundless. A brilliant man with a generous spirit and the most open heart I have ever encountered. I am very proud to be his disciple and that his life and mine converged. The legacy he leaves behind is great, he touched so many lives and made this world a much better place. Thank you Professor for bringing so much enlightenment to the Western World and for sharing your vast Feng Shui knowledge. You live on through all of us that you have touched with your wisdom and joy. You will be missed beyond words. Yet your love and teachings live on and you are here with us and always will be. For my wife and I meeting his holiness was a dream come true and the change we experienced in our lives was amazing. We are so happy we got to meet his holiness one more time in February in Taiwan. We were so determined to attend these classes that I had to resign my job to be there. I am happy I did because the experience was more than I could ever hoped fore. Thank you for your teachings and many blessings to His holiness Cristal Ripoche.Sherine and Leonard de WindtCuracao netherlands Antilles##imported-begin##Leonard and Sherine de Windt##imported-end##

In memory of Prof. Thomas Lin Yun UNSHAKEABLE HOPE by Lynda Razafin When the winds of trial blow and the waves of the sea are rough; When the tears flow down and no one seems to be able to relieve our wounded hearts; May our peace, our serenity, remain unshakeable. For tears of sorrow only belong to this present world; But tears of joy that lead to peace and happiness will usher in the world to come. This is our present hope in the Lord.
