He is survived by his devoted wife, Caroline Pedersen, the love of his life and faithful companion of many years. Gordon’s unwavering affection for Caroline was evident to all who knew them; their partnership was a quiet testament to commitment and grace.
Known for being resilient, determined, responsible, and hardworking, Gordon spent many years working at the Linoleum Store. Whether assisting longtime customers or mentoring new employees, he approached every task with patience and pride, earning the respect of coworkers and friends alike.
Outside of work, Gordon found joy in cheering for the San Francisco Giants and the San Francisco 49ers. Game days were special occasions, moments he shared enthusiastically with family and friends, celebrating victories and weathering defeats with the same steady optimism that defined his character.
Gordon’s steady presence, gentle humor, and unshakeable integrity left a lasting impression on everyone fortunate enough to cross his path. His example reminds us that a life well-lived is measured not in grand gestures, but in everyday acts of kindness, loyalty, and love.
