Goodbye Deanie, Some times there’s no need for spoken words when the hurt is so deep. I’m still wounded from the lost of Diane, and now Deanie. As you look around the house there’s no more vision of them, and all their things seem to be frozen in time. You feel a deep hurt, frustration, and abandon by someone who once said they would never leave you. Then that divine date came around and they had to go. That’s one date you can’t cancel or reschedule. Then you climb out side the box to try and find a answer. Because out side the box is where God lives. Angry, you ask God to forgive you and not to charge it to your heart, but to your head for feeling that way. When her and Bob would come for a visit. I would watch Deanie and Diane sit and talk about them old codgers (portégées) for two or more hours sometimes. Josh and I will miss you a lot Deanie. I am so glad I got to help care for you the last year & half, it was an honor. We have had a lot of laughs through the years. I will cherish all the memories. Your love, strength, wisdom & example helped shape me & my life. Thanks for the memories. I miss you every day and look forward to the day we are with each other for eternity.
