So sorry to hear about this Lesly. Gary was a truly exceptional man and a GREAT Chef. I had the honor and privilege of working with him for many years at the NY Marriott Marquis. I learned so much from him. He was a bright shining light. And, the world was made better because he was here with us. Holding you and your family in my prayers. My deepest condolences.

gary was my first chef at marriott. He was a great chef and person, he mentored me to be the chef I am today. My prayers and thoughts go to the family.
Gary was a mentor and a friend and I will miss him. He had a love for his family, hospitality but he also loved the New Jersey Devils. He and I got to spend many hours watching our hockey team. RIP my friend.
My deepest sympathy to the family and friends who lost Gary far to early. I worked with Gary for many years at the Marriott Marquis in New York. We worked hard and had great times together. In fact I often dropped him off in Rutherford after our late work nights in Banquets. Gary was a great person and will be missed! My prayers go out to family and friends.
