To Ed and the Shinozaki Family,As a regular at the Shinozaki business for many years, I was fortunate to have met your Mother and through all encounters, whether by phone or in person at the business, I always enjoyed your Mom’s absolutely pleasant and cheerful manner. When I would call I always hoped she would be there to answer as, no matter how brief the conversation, I always looked forward to hearing her voice and engaging in that delightful personality that always came through. I was surprised and saddened to read about her passing last week. I also watched the tribute to your Mom which gave me an opportunity to come to know a bit more about her history and also meet to the rest of the family through the wonderful pictures presented.I just wanted to send a brief note to let you know I was thinking of all of you these past few days and wanted to express my sympathy to you and the Shinozaki family on your Mom’s passing.Take care.Tom##imported-begin##Thomas Cincotta##imported-end##
