Francis Haiyong Yu's Obituary
Celebrating the Life of Francis Yu Born on October 8, 1966 in Shanghai the first child of Zhongming Yu and Yufang Ma. He attended Meilong elementary, then Shanghai Middle and High School and Fudan University in China. At the age of 20 he relocated to the United States, where he attended Huntington College and onto Florida Atlantic University where he earned a Bachelor of Science. After graduation he began a career as a software engineer and worked his way up in the technology industry to become and executive. He retired in 2009 after working for 20 years. After retirement he enjoyed spending time with his family in their Hillsborough home as well as doing a bit of traveling. Francis was married to Angela Yu on September 7, 1989 in New York City. He was a loving and devoted husband and father to Angela and his daughter Adeline. Dedicated to his work and his artistic and creative endeavors. He loved his friends and was always there when they needed him and enjoyed their company on many occasions. Some of his greatest accomplishments were becoming a programming genius at a very early age, coming to America,starting a beautiful family and successful career in the high tech field.
