Francesca is not a very common name, it was my mom's name as well, so I remember how soothing it was to hear your name when we first met, and how I instantly liked you.

My sincerest condolences to Francesca's family! She was the best mentor and taught me all I know when I started 16 years ago at PG&E. She was so funny, friendly and beautiful. Rest in peace girl, gonna miss you!
