Frances was born in Illinois on Wednesday, May 13, 1931 and lived 83 wonderful, loving and happy years. She worked as Public Relations Manager in the telecommunications industry for over 25 years and was a long time resident of San Mateo, California. Frances passed away on January 11, 2015 and was surrounded by loved ones from all around.She will be deeply missed by her family, friends and colleagues.Services will be held in her honor at Skylawn Funeral Home and Memorial Park in San Mateo, California.
