Florence Agnus Blaine 9/30/1918 ' 9/9/2012Florence Blaine (93) of South San Francisco passed peacefully surrounded by her children Sunday, September 9, 2012. Florence was born September 30, 1918 in San Francisco to Joseph Caruso and Agnus Fitzgerald. She married Edwin Blaine in 1937; he preceded her in death in 2000. She is preceded in death by her parents, husband and sisters; Bernice Samuelsonson and Evelyn Burnes and brother: Melvin Caruso. Florence is survived by her children Joan Polo of South San Francisco and Bill (Liz) Blaine of Pleasanton. She is also survived by her six grandchildren: Cheri Polo, Victoria Malone, Joseph Polo, Phil Blaine, Shannon Blaine and Sean Blaine, five great grandchildren; Melody Polo Klein, Jenna Thompson, Nicholas Malone and Monica Arroyo; four great-great grandchildren Purity Thompson, Havyn Thompson, James Polo and Ezekiel Arroyo. A viewing and visitation will be held Friday September 14, 2012 from 6-7pm. Holy Rosary will be recited at 7pm. Grave side services will be held Saturday September 15, 2012 at Skylawn Memorial Park at 2pm.
