Faye Kent Lee Birthdate: May 14, 1941 Death Date: November 30, 2017Faye Kent Lee, 76, passed away on November 30, 2017 in the presence of her family. She died due to complications from her battle with cancer, and is survived by her husband, Paul, to whom she was married for 52 years. She is also survived by their three children-Gary (Yvonne), Pam(Robert), and Alan (Nora), eight grandchildren, two brothers, Richard (Jean) , Wayne (Elaine), and three sisters, Lai Orenduff (Mike), Karr Tomberg (Bruce), and Pat Chew (Robert Kelley). Faye, a believer in Christ, now rests in heaven and awaits the arrival of the rest of her family.Faye led an extraordinary life, as the daughter of grocers in El Paso, Texas. She moved out to California where she graduated from USC with a degree in Education. She began her married life in the San Francisco Bay Area as a newly minted elementary school teacher. Raising a family on the Peninsula, she was an integral part of the family’s real estate business. During her retirement years, she traveled the world with friends and family, often via cruises and tours. Faye loved playing Mah Jong as it brought her together with friends from all over the Bay Area.Most of all, Faye loved her grandchildren. She had a special place in her heart for all of them: Lauren, Andrew, Kevin, Natalie, Justin, Alyssa, Madeleine and Jacob. And her grandchildren loved her dearly!Memorial Services will be held for Faye on February 3, 2018, 11:00 AM at Skylawn Memorial Park in San Mateo, California.
