Born Jan.30, 1927 in Gao-An, Jiang-Xi Province, China. she was predeceased by her parents YingChun Chen (陳穎春) and XiangLan Shan Chen(陳單香蘭), and late husband of 64 years.A loving mother and homemaker, Fang Ching, lived with her husband, Samuel, traveled around the world, stationed in many countries, including Taiwan, Japan, Philippine, Thailand, South Africa, and USA, moved to San Francisco in 1999.Survivors include her four children and their spouse, Anna and Kwok, Betty, Huan and Stephanie, Shih and Snow, Granddaughter Jennifer Chan, Grandsons, Sen Sun, Jeffrey Hsiung, and Jonathan Hsiung.Private services and burial will be held at 11AM, Nov 16, 2018, at Skylawn Funeral Home, Hwy. 92 at Skyline Blvd, San Mateo, CA 94402. The family wishes to thank those who have extended support for Fang Ching during her final days.
