Evelyn Starnes died peacefully at home surround by her loved ones on Thursday September 1, 2016 at 3:15 pm in Belmont, California. She was 99 years old.She was born to Tommie and Ruth Roach on February 14, 2017 in Texas.She married James Starnes and were married for over 65 years. She was proceeded in death by her husband in 1994 and her sister, Carlene.She is survived by her only daughter, Tommie Munroe of Penn Valley, grandson Frank Munroe and wife; Janis of Tracy, CA; granddaughter Dana Tackaberry and husband Robin of Georgia; granddaughter Ranee Lawson and husband; Brian of Grass Valley, CA; great grandchildren; Shawn and Stacy Munroe; Kelly and Kady Munroe; Cody and Syney, Colby and Bailey Lawson.
