She was born in the Kampong Cham Province in Cambodia on March 19th, 1936. Mrs. Ear Ung immigrated to the United States in 1992 and was married to her husband, Quang Xiet Lim in 1953. Mrs. Ear Ung was a loving mother and grandmother. She was compassionate in helping the poor by visiting underprivileged villages and through donations at temples. Mrs. Ear Ung also enjoyed traveling around the world, visiting locations such as Cambodia, Vietnam, Thailand, China, Singapore, Malaysia, Australia, Canada and Mexico. She was survived by her 8 children, 16 grandchildren, 2 great grandchildren and her younger brother and sister.Funeral arrangements will held from 10:00am to12:30pm, Saturday, October 13, at Skylawn Funeral Home and Memorial Park in San Mateo, CA.
