De Cai was born in China on May 4, 1919. She came to America at a young age put her way into nursing school to become a Nurse. De Cai lived 98 happy, wonderful and loving years. De Cai passed away on June 7m, 2014, and was surrounded by loved ones.De Cai will be deeply missed by her family and friends.Services will be held in her honor at Skylawn Funeral Home and Memorial Park in San Mateo, CA
