Chuan-Chun Li's Obituary
Chuan-Chun Li, 87, of San Ramon passed away peacefully on February 28, 2013. Chuan-Chun was born in Beijing, China on July 16, 1925. He received a BA in business administration from National Taiwan University in 1959. He was married to Yu-Lin on April 16, 1960; they were married for 52 years.Chuan-Chun worked as a Training Director at Taiwan Railways Administration, Ministry of Transportation and Communications (Republic of China) for 45 years. A devoted father and grandfather, Chuan-Chun was extremely involved in the lives of his children and grandchildren. His loving and caring personality brought joy to all the friends and family around him.Chuan-Chun is survived by wife Yu-Lin, son Kingsley Chia-Ching, daughter-in-law Jasmine Hsin-Je, daughter Grace Chia-Chian, son-in-law Michael Hsin-Ter, grandson Benjamin Chiu-Yun, and granddaughter Allison Jihanne.A celebration of Chuan-Chun's life will be held on March 9, 2013 from 11:00 am to 12 pm at Skylawn Funeral Home and Memorial Park, Highway 92 at Skyline Blvd., San Mateo. Burial will follow the celebration service.In lieu of flowers, the family is requesting that donation be made to Coyote Creek Learning Fund (Tax ID #02-0740700) at 8700 North Gale Ranch Road, San Ramon, CA 94582. The family of Chuan-Chun Li wishes to thank doctors and nurses at the UCSF Medical Center.
