Victoria Tucker
Chris was my North Star, my wise friend, the diplomat on all occasions, she was the most jolly person I ever met, never, ever had a down day, even when she was facing enormous pain.
She was always ready with a smile and a plan to go to the beach, or to Santa Cruz, or was ready to plan a cruise ship adventure to far off lands and was not deterred by mobility issues. She rented a mobility scooter, and even brought it on the bus in Tahiti, Hawaii, the Caribbean. It was a hoot renting a scooter, too, so I could keep up with her!
She never said, "I can't do that." She was quite a laughing force of nature, and was always ready to travel at the drop of a hat.
The pictures of us on the bus on our scooters is hilarious.
Thank you, Chris, for being my North Star, my guiding light, my wise sage friend, and wonderful, lighthearted companion. I am lost without you. Love always, hugs always, I love you dearly, your partner in crime and pal forever, Victoria
