Che Hoo Ho's Obituary
Che Hoo Ho was surrounded by her husband and three children before she went to bed. She passed away peacefully in her sleep in Fremont at age 86.
Che Hoo was born in Guangdong, China and moved with her family to Hong Kong while she was still very young. She helped take care of her younger siblings while studying and working. She married Chung Kao Wu in 1958 and became a loving mother the following year. She had one more child in Hong Kong before immigrating to Argentina in 1963, where her third child was born.
She sewed and knitted clothes for her husband and children. She was well known for preparing delicious Chinese dumplings for family and friends. She started her day turning on the radio and having a cup of light coffee. Then, Chinese music or the TV was playing in the background while she was making floral metal-crafts, doing house chores and caring for her children. She liked to play mahjong with family and started the tradition to do it every Christmas Eve and New Year’s Eve.
In 1988, Che Hoo started a new chapter in her life as grandmother and soon moved to San Francisco with her husband. She helped care for four grandchildren and enjoyed taking vacations with them. In 2009, they went on an ocean cruise and since then she has enjoyed a cruise almost every year.
Che Hoo has been very healthy until she was diagnosed with Parkinson’s disease in 2014 and her health started to deteriorate. After one year of hospice care at home, she passed away on January 12, 2022. She is survived by her husband, three children and their spouses, four grandchildren and four great-grandchildren.

那晚上齊好被丈夫和三個孩子陪伴著。她在弗利蒙市睡夢中安詳去世，享年八十六歲。
齊好出生在中國廣東，很小的時候就隨家人移居香港。齊好一面讀書和工作，一面照顧弟弟妹妹。一九五八年與吳崇高結婚，次年成為母親。她在香港再生了第二個孩子，之後在一九六三年移民到阿根廷，在那裡她的第三個孩子出生了。
她為丈夫和孩子縫製和編織了許多衣服。親友都喜歡吃她包的水餃。早上，她會閞收音機和享用清淡的咖啡。然後當她做鐵花、做家務和照顧兒女時，都會有音樂或電視陪伴。她喜歡打麻將，並開始了每年平安夜和除夕打麻將的家庭傳統。
在一九八八年開始了她成為祖母的新篇章。不久她便和丈夫搬到舊金山。他們幫助照顧四個可愛的孫兒和喜歡同孫兒一齊旅遊。在二零零九年他們去遊船河，之後齊好與丈夫差不多每年都去一次。
齊好一直很健康，但她在二零一四年被診斷出患有帕金遜症，健康情況開始惡化。經過一年在家裡的臨終關懷，她於二零二二年一月十二日去世。她留下了丈夫、三個孩子及他們的配偶、四個孫子和四個曾孫。
