Charles Cantua's Obituary
Charles passed away peacefully at home in Foster City on July 22, 2009. He was 94 years old, a 60-year resident of San Mateo County and the loving father of Carol Bussell and Diane (Ron) Rummel. He is survived by three grandchildren and six great-grandchildren, as well as many other relatives. Charles was in the U.S. Army during WWII, serving in Patton's Army. He participated in the D-Day Invasion. You are invited to a Memorial Service on Saturday, August 1 at 1:00 pm at Skylawn Memorial Park. In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to the San Mateo County Historical Association, 2200 Broadway Street, Redwood City, California 94063.
