Chand Kuar Prasad's Obituary
Chand Kuar, 82 of South San Francisco, California passed away on December 8th, 2022 at Kaiser Hospital, Colma. She was born in Suva, and after marriage settled in Ba, Fiji.
Chand is predeceased by her parents Ram Kisun and Ram Dulari, her husband Hari Prasad, her younger son Rakesh, 3 brothers and 5 sisters.
She is survived by her brother Ram Shankar, elder son Ushmen, 3 daughters, Usha, Mohini and Asha and her 7 grandchildren Koshmik, Koshika, Marshneil, Melvin, Shivania, Kaushik, Shanel and 3 great grandchildren, Maansi, Yuvaan and Yuvraj. Chand was the mother-in-law of Ben, Deven and Scott.
Chand Kuar was a very simple and private person with entrancing smile, beauty and perfection. She was a family anchor who had a keen interest in gardening and was a fabulous cook.
Our family is grateful to know that Chand, a beautiful soul is at peace having transitioned to the spiritual world.
Funeral services were held at the Skylawn Memorial Park, San Mateo on Thursday 15th December beginning at 11am.
