After a short but beautiful courtship that had a comical moment about Holyoke St (you’ll have to ask Ines about that), they married and started a new family with the birth of their son, Carlos Flores.Carlos was a man that, above all else, valued his family and dedicated his entire life to be the most amazing father possible. At every opportunity possible, time was filled with road trips, adventures into parks, oceans and mountains. He participated in every possible way with his family, prioritizing the people he loved in his life, always putting them first. Carlos had a passion for traveling with his wife, Ines. The two of them circumvented the globe several times. From the Yangtze River to Machu Pichu, north to Canada and south to Chile; on boat, train, plane, bus and many miles of walking led them to explore famous landmarks, unique cultures and international foods together.Carlos took an incredible amount of pride in his very complex work and his problem-solving skills. He truly embodies the accomplishment of the American dream. Even into retirement he went on to pursue a career as a real estate developer, investor and agent. Even though later in his life he suffered several health challenges, he was always cheery, had a beautiful outlook on life and was always known for bringing music everywhere he went. He was well known for his generosity, intelligence, his love for music and lasting friendships. If you asked him, he would also say, he was well known for his “good looks”. He will always be well respected and greatly missed. His legacy will carry on with those that knew him.
