Bonnie (Barn), I miss you. You were like a mom to me; you made the Ohio Gang feel like part of the family.
Thank you for the years of loving, unconditional acceptance and laughter.
Thank you for rides to the mall, school, everywhere!.
Thank you for fun family vacations at Russian River.
Thank you for raising four awesome children; especially my dear compatriots- Di and San!
The world is a better place because you graced it with your presence. You will always be in my heart.
As one of Diane’s friends I, of course, met her mom, Bonnie. Several years later, in 1983 we bought our 1st house about 5-6 doors down the street from Bonnie and Tom on Ohio Avenue. Bonnie and I began walking to the other’s house first because one or the other of us would be hanging out with Shawn (Diane’s son) and then just because. I grew to love that special lady and our time together…just the two of us. I always used to call her “Barn.” I am very thankful I got to spend an afternoon with her (and Di & Sandy) a few years ago. She will be incredibly missed by her family yet what she poured into them will live on. Quite a legacy. ❤️❤️ Our hearts and prayers are with you all in these days.
