Allan was born in Hong Kong on Monday, September 3, 1956 and lived 58 wonderful, loving and happy years. She earned his Bachelor of Science degree and worked as a Memory Design Engineer in the computer industry for 8 years and was a long time resident of San Mateo, California. Allan passed away on October 1, 2014 and was surrounded by loved ones from all around.He will be deeply missed by his friends, family and colleagues.Services will be held in his honor at Skylawn Funeral Home and Memorial Park in San Mateo, California.
